The Glamorgan Heritage Coast and Coastal path is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The 14 mile Coastal Path forms part of the Wales Coast Path, a world first for a country to have a public footpath along its entire coast. Its wildlife and features are dramatic whilst the red limestone and shale cliffs are embedded with fossils exposed by the tides. The area's glorious beaches offer wide open sandy stretches alongside rugged pools; great for surfing, kayaking, swimming and exploring and horse riding. 3ac1d604-183e-4741-9b68-5999baa3de2aFurther afield, Cardiff and Swansea offer all that modern cities boast. From events at the Principality Millennium Stadium Stadium, its historic castle or vibrant Bay area, Cardiff is a popular destination with guests. Swansea, 'the city by the sea' is wrapped around the golden sands of Swansea Bay. No wonder it boasts the highest post-graduate retention rate from its university of any city in the UK! The beautiful Gower coast lies further west.
